IDC747 SOFTWARE UPDATE

Hello,

I am currently using the IDC747 chip and have been performing software updates using the IOT747 Communicator.
Previously, during the software update process, I was able to select and use a firmware file named “IDC747-AAxxxx.bin” for updating the chip.

However, today when I attempted the update, the IDC747-AAxxxx.bin firmware file was no longer visible or available on the server.

Could you please let me know how I can perform a software update for the IDC747 chip using the IDC747-AAxxxx.bin file?

If the IDC747 software update is no longer supported, is there any way for me to directly download the IDC747-AAxxxx.bin file and perform the update manually?

Hi,
We uploaded the file again but please update if needed as we will remove it shortly. All designs are now with the IDC777. We recommend to move to the IDC777 which has Auracast and LE Audio and many new other features. It also has many fixes compared to the IDC747 and is well supported.
