IOT747 is pleased to announce that Crestron, the leading manufacturer of automation and control technology, has selected the IDC777 Dual Mode Low Energy and Classic Bluetooth Audio Module for integration into its newly launched DM-NAX-BTIO-1G.

The IDC777 module brings state-of-the-art Bluetooth® 5.4 connectivity to Crestron’s latest offering including Auracast Transmit and Receive, enabling premium audio quality for seamless communication with older Classic Bluetooth connectivity and newer LE Audio devices. Supporting both analogue and digital audio outputs, the IDC777 includes integrated support for leading audio codecs such as aptX and LC3, ensuring uncompromised sound quality.

With near-instantaneous Bluetooth pairing and seamless user experience, the module is designed for both casual and professional users.

Ekin Binal, senior  Director of Core technology and Strategic Partnerships at Crestron, shared:
“Superior sound quality and interoperability have always been our top priority. When exploring Bluetooth solutions, we sought a module that could deliver best-in-class user experience. The IDC777 exceeded our expectations — not only because of the outstanding support from the IOT747 team — but also its ease of integration and advanced feature set. This aligns perfectly with our roadmap for future products.”

Paul Roberts, audio manager at IOT747, added:
“We are honoured to collaborate with Crestron, a company that shares our passion for innovation and quality. It’s been a privilege to support their pursuit of excellence, and we are proud to see the IDC777 at the heart of their latest creation.”
