This IDC7777 high-fidelity performance features Snapdragon Sound for true lossless audio, alongside comprehensive support for premium codecs and high-reliability LE Audio 48 kHz QoS modes, including aptX, aptX-HD, aptX-Adaptive, aptX-Lossless, AAC, SBC, and LC3. To ensure a glitch-free stream, the module utilizes an extended ISO interval and larger buffer, backed by a robust wireless link with an RF sensitivity of -97dBm at 0.1% BER. It also boasts a high SNR Class-AB output reaching a typical 120dB in Quiet Mode, versatile digital interfaces like I2S, PCM, SPDIF, and USB, and volume control designed to maximize dynamic range.

Future Proof with Auracast

The IDC777 Bluetooth module delivers advanced broadcast capabilities with Auracast Rx and LE Audio Unicast support across all BAP QoS modes. It functions as a standalone receiver that scans channels independently, utilizing dynamic hopping to find new streams while actively receiving audio. The module allows concurrent reception of Classic Bluetooth and Auracast, featuring configurable priority settings. Reliability is ensured through an ‘Always Connected’ feature while a long-range variant (IDC767) is available for robust multi-room deployments.

Transmit as Well as Receive

The IDC777 additionally serves as a powerful audio transmitter, supporting Auracast Tx across all BAP QoS modes as well as Classic A2DP Source. It enables Auracast Data transmission for sharing album metadata or simplifying multi-device setup, and it features a unique Party Mode that bridges an A2DP Sink stream directly into an Auracast Tx broadcast. For extensive multi-room audio coverage, the module can receive a Auracast stream and retransmit it via an Auracast Rx to Auracast Tx relay feature. Finally, it provides ultimate flexibility in sound management by supporting both local and synchronized volume control.

Full Features and Certification

The IDC777 provides comprehensive volume and music control across Unicast, Auracast, and Classic Bluetooth connections, with built-in support for displaying album metadata such as artist, album, and track time. It offers highly adjustable audio management with local, remote, and dynamic volume controls, alongside auto up-sampling or down-sampling to seamlessly adapt to I2S slave configurations. The module actively displays the selected codec and sampling rates, connects to a dedicated mobile app for customized setups, and supports convenient firmware upgrades over Bluetooth, UART, or USB. Built for versatile connectivity, it allows simultaneous pairing with up to three devices, ensures wide interoperability with smartphones, tablets, and laptops, and comes fully certified for global markets, including Europe, the US, Canada, Japan, Korea, and China.
