Welcome to the IOT747 November 2025 Newsletter — your comprehensive update on recent developments in LE Audio and the IDC777 platform.
Latest News
1) New Applications
We have recently announced several new customers and applications within the mobility sector, including deployments in Avionics (such as Becker Avionics) and Rail Audio systems in Europe (such as CN Mobility). Additional applications in Marine, Public Transportation and General Enterprise Markets will be announced soon.
2) Expanded Ecosystem
MIKROE, a leading provider of add-on boards, has selected the IDC777 module. A dedicated MIKROE IDC777 Add-On Board is now available, exempt of US Tariffs, and is supported by MIKROE’s library of more than 863 existing projects.
3) Best In Class Reliability and Interoperability
The IDC777 has been adopted by Echo as a core Bluetooth testing component. We expect to announce soon adoption of IDC777 as a tester by some of the world largest companies. As the IDC777 undergoes millions of automated test cycles, it increases its leadership in Reliability and Interoperability.
4) Bluetooth 6.0
We are pleased to introduce AA32xx, the Bluetooth 6.0 firmware update for IDC777. AA32xx includes additional Classic Profiles such as PBAP (Phone Book Access Profile), MAP (Message Access Profile), and HID (enabling IDC777 to function as a keyboard, mouse or GamePad). It also adds support for Auracast Dual BIG and Mesh Audio expanding the module’s LE Audio capabilities.

Market Focus of the Month: Professional and Integrated Audio
Adoption of the IDC777 within professional and integrated audio markets continues to grow, driven by distinctive functionalities:
1) Multi-Speaker Functionality
The IDC777 now supports new command structures that simplify the creation of robust multi-speaker systems. All components automatically reconnect without the need for user involvement or host processor control. Check out the Demo Video.
2) Auracast to Auracast
The module can now receive an Auracast stream and re-broadcast it, enabling the creation of distributed or Mesh-style audio networks. This approach reduces the reliance on cabling and is well-suited for environments requiring synchronized audio across multiple speaker nodes. Check out the Demo Video.
3) Advanced Re-Connection Configuration
IDC777 offers expanded configuration options that allow precise control of reconnection behaviour. This includes reconnection from system boot through active operation. It applies to both LE Audio (Auracast) and Classic Bluetooth modes. These capabilities allow IDC777 to operate independently or in coordination with a host processor, depending on system requirements.
Summary
With the introduction of AA32xx firmware, new ecosystem partnerships, enhanced reliability, expanded support, and increasingly competitive pricing, the IDC777 continues to establish itself as the leading module for Bluetooth Audio development.
