        Hi there,

        I am trying to understand why it is that the Communicator App on Android, isn’t downloading Firmware. I have tried both Android on 5g and also using the WiFi to no avail.

        I’ve tried numerous phones, with no joy.

        I understand I can use the DFU using a computer, however in this instance the App is what is being used. I’ve cleared the cache and Downloaded data on android thinking it was that, however with no luck either.

        Any suggestions please as I am out of options?

          checked today and the communicator app suddenly started working again.

              Thank you for the reply.

              I do have one suggestion. Could we perhaps within the communicator app have the option to select a local file already downloaded from your server. You could put your own checks to make sure the firmware being used is Your own code, but it negates the constant polling to your server?

              That way, when your server is on downtime, we are still able to use code already downloaded from you, and help with updating firmware as required..

              Just a suggestion .
