I’m trying to pair Signia IX hearing aids with the IDC777. The hearing aids support LE Audio and show up when scanning. The first one pairs, but quickly disconnects. The second one fails:

I supposed since the hearing aids come as a pair (similar to ear buds), this would require the IDC777 to support CSIP? Does it? Any other reason why this fails?

          Hello,
The IDC777 allows to detect automatically if it is an earbud. But you have to enable this capability. Can you try and change SSP_CAPS=3 ON? (Syntax: SSP_CAPS= ). Then do a WRITE and RESET and try and pair and connect to the first earbud as you would normally. The IDC777 should then detect the second earbud automatically. However, this is a new feature we introduced so please test and let us know. Also, some products have slightly different implementations.
