You need to set aptx-lowlatency. Do you have a license? You should see (aptX Lossless: ON when you boot).

For bidirection links, you for now have 2 options:
1) Classic Bluetooth: AGHFP and HFP: This will give you a 16kHz mSBC encoded stream. Latency is about 50ms.
2) LE Audio: In this one, you can choose the sampling rate. However, this was only tested up to 32Khz. I don’t think 48k is supported by the standard,
Can you file a ticket at https://www.iot747.com/support/open.php about this? This will allow it to be added to feature requests.
Also, there is one option, the gaming mode. In this option, you get a 48k (out) and a 16k (in) connection. Search gaming in the UART command manual.

In the new release, we have a new CONFIG AUTO_AUDIO where you can set it so the IDC777 can Auracast from start. Please file a ticket at https://www.iot747.com/support/open.php and we can give you an early version of the firmware. It is currently being tested for release.

Hello,
The IDC777 allows to detect automatically if it is an earbud. But you have to enable this capability. Can you try and change SSP_CAPS=3 ON? (Syntax: SSP_CAPS=). Then do a WRITE and RESET and try and pair and connect to the first earbud as you would normally. The IDC777 should then detect the second earbud automatically. However, this is a new feature we introduced so please test and let us know. Also, some products have slightly different implementations.

Yes, one IDC777 can stream 4 Audio streams at the same time using Auracast (LE Audio).
Please note this is 4 Mono streams. Otherwise, you can also stream 2 Stereo streams.

Yes, the CVC is included with the IDC777. You can enable or disable it using the first parameter of HFP_CONFIG. There is no manual about it. You simply enable it and it will do the echo cancellation and noise suppression. If tuning is needed, we can provide the service but it is a paid service. We suggest you simply try it first and see if it is good enough. Also, you have to make sure that your mechanical design is good (i.e. microphone away from the speaker).

With the IDC777, the CVC is already included. So you do not need a license. It is enabeld by default (Look under HFP_CONFIG).

Some Zen headphones have old firmware that does not work wit Unicast. They have been unstable generally. Please try and upgrade your headphones firmware using the Creative App and that usually would make it work.

Sorry about the late response. the IDC777 has the same software interface and has LE Audio (Auracast and Unicast) as well as Classic. So it has the same functionalities as IDC747 with new ones and a longer life expectancy. However, it is not pin to pin compatible. Please email me at marta@iot747.com if you need more information. Please refer to the new maual and Datasheet on the IDC777. BATT_CONFIG will allow you the charging voltage levels and charging current level. BATTERY_STATUS will give you all the information about the battery.
