Multiple IDC767-1 update FW in parallel

Hi,

We are IC programmer company and we are studying to program/update FW with multiple IDC767-1 in parallel.
We hope to do it through IDC767-1’s UART interface.
The IDC767-1 q’ty will be 1~48 with one PC and we have below questions,

1. Does the DFU SW support to control multiple IDC767-1 in parallel?
2. Does the DFU SW support API/DLL if it support to control multiple IDC767-1 in parallel? API/DLL is required to integrate with our SW.
3. Does IOT747 support other way to program/update the FW withour DFU SW? Ex: AT command or dedicated vendor command on UART interface.

Hi Bruce,

The Windows DFU tool does not allow parallel processing.

However, if you sign an NDA (Our NDA is under Support/Documents at https://www.iot747.com/download/iot747-standard-nda-form/), we can share the source code of the python script that does the DFY over UART. Usually we share with customers so they can integrate on their host processor. But in your case, you can run it on your laptop and modify it to use mmultiple UART and do parallel upgrades.
